You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pk007 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing. pk007 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt, subject to completion of KYC verification. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, shortened, or rescheduled, pk007's specific cricket betting rules — published on the cricket betting rules page — will govern settlement.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all pk007 markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may be adjusted by pk007 at any time without prior notice, including in respect of individual player accounts at pk007's discretion.
6.4 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game software, or market pricing — including but not limited to a technical malfunction, feed error, or human error resulting in clearly incorrect pricing — pk007 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price or in the affected game round. Where possible, affected players will be notified.
6.5 Live In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are available on selected cricket and sports events. All in-play bets are subject to acceptance by pk007's trading systems. 10.2 pk007 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pk007's reasonable control — including telecommunications outages, third-party payment processor issues, and force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
10.3 pk007's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk007 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits pk007's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11.1 pk007 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the pk007 Privacy Policy.
11.2 pk007 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required to fulfil its legal and licensing obligations. pk007 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk007 holds its international online gaming licence. 12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support interaction, pk007 operates a formal complaints procedure.
